14-day return right

You have 14 days to cancel eligible purchases and receive a full refund, subject to the exceptions below.

Exceptions

Where the law allows, opened supplements and used test kits are excluded from the right to cancel, because they cannot be resold once used. Digital content is also excluded once accessed and downloaded.

How to return

Contact us from your account to start a return. We will refund the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.
