Our story
Syva began after years of navigating a fragmented system — one where results, medications and practitioners never quite met. Hamza Hashime founded Syva to build the tools he wished had existed: calm, organised, and built for complexity.

How do the test kits work?+
Order online and your kit is delivered to your door. Collect your sample at home using the instructions, post it back in the prepaid packaging, and receive your results in a clear Syva report.
How long do results take?+
Blood tests are usually ready within five working days of the lab receiving your sample. Microbiome and genomic tests take a little longer — a few weeks. We notify you as soon as results are ready.
Who reviews my results?+
Blood results include doctor comments to help you interpret them. You can add a Results Review Call with a registered practitioner. Syva does not diagnose; results are information to discuss with your clinician.
Are supplements safe with my medication?+
Every protocol is interaction-checked against the medications in your Syva record, and flagged combinations are reviewed by a pharmacist before dispatch. Always confirm with your prescribing clinician before starting anything new.
Can I cancel a subscription?+
Yes. You can pause or cancel any subscription — supplements or Syva Plus — anytime from your account. There are no lock-in periods.
Do you replace my GP?+
No. Syva organises your health information and prepares it for your clinicians. We do not diagnose, prescribe or replace your GP, specialists or integrative practitioners.
Is my data secure?+
Your data is stored securely and only used to support your care. You control what you share, and you can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time.
